About
I have always been drawn to practices that calm the mind. When I find something that truly helps me feel grounded, happy and deeply at peace, I naturally want to share it with others.
Yoga has played a central role in my life for a long time now and I have been teaching it for more than ten years. My approach is inclusive, with an emphasis on creating a space where everyone feels safe, seen, and supported.

Thai yoga massage became a natural extension of my practice. The moment I experienced it, I knew I had found something special. Often called “lazy man’s yoga,” Thai massage promotes relaxation and brings balance, just like yoga, but in a different form. It is a beautiful way for someone to experience the benefits of stretching and energy movement but without active effort. I have studied under highly experienced teachers building a solid foundation and refining my skills in this beautiful tradition.

Recently, my interests have been centred around sound healing, particularly the gong, which has become a new addition to my essential tools for calming the mind and deepening inner peace. (Gong Practitioner Training

These practices-yoga, Thai massage, and sound therapy-work together to support well-being on every level. My aim is always to simply help others feel better, happier and more relaxed.
